Our products have 14 business days return policy from the day you receive them. We will only return your funds if you receive a product from us that is broken or in another way damaged. The returned products need to be in a good and re-sellable condition in order to receive your funds back if you wish to do so. We love our products and we will check them before carefully packing them for shipping. A commissioned piece, that has been created after your order, and has been approved as a ready piece from our photos, has no returning policy after it has been received in one piece.
